How to make calls
Important: Always switch to Softphone mode before making calls. If you skip this step, calls will not work through the browser.

On mobile: Enable "Desktop site" in Chrome — tap ⋮ menu → check "Desktop site" → reload.

Log in to the SR panel with your Knowlarity credentials.

At the top of the panel, click the "Switch to Softphone" phone icon.

Chrome will ask for microphone access — tap Allow.

A dial pad will appear in the browser. Use this to make and receive all your calls.

Use the phone button (bottom right) to quickly copy numbers and paste them into the dial pad.
